Refunds & Returns
You can return eligible item(s) within 30 days of receiving an order. Items exceeding 30 days are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
Returns must be in its original package, unused with proof of purchase/receipt. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing. This fee is 20% of the item(s).
Items Not Eligible For Returns:
- Any item not in its original condition or with obvious signs of use, damaged items and items with missing parts for any reasons not due to our error.
- Free + Shipping items are not eligible for refunds (because they are free). You can, however, cancel your order within 12 hours and it will be honored.
- Sale Items
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
- Opened CDs, DVDs, any software or video games

Refund Time Frame:
Once your item is received and inspected we will follow up with a decision on your refund. Approved refunds with be refunded to its original form of payment. Please note that once a refund is processed, customer receipt time is contingent on bank processing time. If it has been greater than 10 business days please contact us at email@example.com
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your item was marked as a gift upon purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased we will send a refund to the gift giver.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All exchanges are subject to mail processing time.
We recommend obtaining a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
